Looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our activities.


Job description


Responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to inbound sales related inquiries.
  • Help Sales Support with annual software maintenance renewals. Duties include: outbound calls, quote creation, handling customer inquiries
  • Drive attendance at Mentor Hellas events through pro-active calling campaigns
  • Reporting and analysis assistance
  • Create marketing programs that support sales development.
  • Effectively plan, execute and measure the use of traditional (events & email) as well as on-line (web, social media) marketing programs.
  • Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications.


Qualifications Required / Preferred

  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Excellent PC skills (Office 2010, Social media)
  • Pleasant personality & excellent communication skills
  • Business background
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Full or part time
