Looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our activities.
Job description
Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to inbound sales related inquiries.
- Help Sales Support with annual software maintenance renewals. Duties include: outbound calls, quote creation, handling customer inquiries
- Drive attendance at Mentor Hellas events through pro-active calling campaigns
- Reporting and analysis assistance
- Create marketing programs that support sales development.
- Effectively plan, execute and measure the use of traditional (events & email) as well as on-line (web, social media) marketing programs.
- Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications.
Qualifications Required / Preferred
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Excellent PC skills (Office 2010, Social media)
- Pleasant personality & excellent communication skills
- Business background
- Very good organizational skills
- Full or part time
