The company under the business name “MENTOR HELLAS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS PRIVATE COMPANY” with registered offices at 53 Marathonos Avenue, Pallini, Attica, Postal Code 15351 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), is the creator and administrator of the website “www.mentorhellas.com” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

 

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) constitute a binding agreement between you and the “Company”. By accessing and browsing the Website in any manner, you explicitly and unconditionally accept the terms governing its lawful use. For this reason, you are invited to read their content in advance. If you do not agree with these “Terms of Use” you are obliged to refrain from visiting the  “Website”. The “Company” reserves the exclusive right to unilaterally modify these “Terms of Use” whenever deemed necessary.

 

Specifically, the “Company” is engaged in the trade of software, computer programs, as well as related books, printed materials, and technical manuals, with or without bundled software. Furthermore, it organizes educational and informational IT seminars, enabling interested parties to acquire new knowledge and skills and enhance their professional profiles. On the “Website”, you will find essential information about the “Company” and how to participate in its organized seminars.

 

I. Intellectual Property Rights
The “Company” holds all intellectual property rights of the “Website” and, therefore, all of its content, including but not limited to trade names, trademarks, images, graphics, photographs, designs, and texts, constitutes the intellectual property of the “Company” and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, as well as international conventions.

These data are used exclusively for the visitor's participation in a possible event, as well as for possible future communication, provided that the visitor gives their consent.
